A vanity that looks good on day one but later sags, wobbles or leaks was not installed properly. Floors and walls are rarely perfectly level or square, so we level and secure the cabinet to suit the room. A floating vanity needs solid support inside the wall before it is hung. Then the countertop and sink go on, followed by the faucet and drain.
